Report an Issue or Request a Feature

Step-By-Step-Guide

Step 1: Go to the Orderlay Support Page

• Click on the link: https://support.orderlay.app

Step 2: Open the Chat Box

Step 3: Choose an Option

Two options appeared on the screen:

• Report an issue

• Request a feature

Clicked on the desired option.

Step 4: Describe and Upload (for Issue Report)

For "Report an issue"

• Described the problem faced.

• Uploaded a screenshot or screen recording for better understanding.

• Click Submit

For "Request a feature"

• Described the suggestion or feature idea.

• Click Submit
