Step 1: Navigate to the Order
Tap the order card to open its details. (In your example, you would tap Order #000002).
Step 2: Tap the Printer Logo icon
Step 3: Select KOT/BOT and Print
Pop-up appears → Select Printers
BOT – Bar Order Ticket
KOT – Kitchen Order Ticket
Tick the box(es) for printer(s) needed (select both if required).
Tap "Print" to reprint.
