Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Go to Payment Settings
From the bottom menu in the Orderlay app, tap "Account". Under Payment & Billing, select "Payment Options".
Step 2: Choose Your Accepted Payment Methods
On the Payment Options screen, you’ll see a list of available payment methods. Use the On/Off switches to enable or disable them.
Cash – Turn On to accept cash payments.
Credit Card – Turn On to accept card payments.
QR Payment – Turn On to accept payments via a QR code.
Step 3: Select the Payment Collection Point
Under Collect the Payment, choose one or both options based on how your restaurant operates:
Counter – Customers pay at a central counter or cashier.
Table – Staff collect payments directly at the table.
Step 4: Save Your Configuration
After selecting your preferred payment methods and collection point, click the "Save" button.
