Accepting Team Invitation

This guide shows you how to accept a team invitation in Orderlay. You'll learn how to find the invitation, join the restaurant team, and begin working in your assigned role.

To accept a team invitation, first download the Orderlay app from App Store or
Play Store and Create a personal account.

If you have any issues inviting a team member, please see Invite a Team Member to
your Restaurants.

Step-By-Step-Guide

Step 1: Check for a Team Invitation

You’ll receive the team invitation in your Orderlay app.
Tap "Accept" to join the team.
If you don’t see the invitation, pull down to refresh your home screen.

Step 2: Confirm & Switch Accounts

After accepting, you’ll see a confirmation message. You are now part of the team!
Switch from your personal account to the restaurant account to start managing the orders.
