Mark Tables/Rooms vacant/occupied - Manual

Step-By-Step-Guide

Step 1: Open Spaces and Select the Table/Room

• Go to Spaces in your app.

• Find and tap the table or room you want to update (e.g., Table 1).

Step 2: Check Orders

• Open the Table/Room Details page.

• Make sure all orders are served and completed.

You cannot mark a table or room as vacant if there are ongoing orders.

Ensure all orders are in Served status and fully completed before marking the table or rooms as vacant.

Step 3: Make Vacant

• Tap the "Make Vacant" button on the Table/Room Details page.

Step 4: Confirm Action

• A pop-up will appear asking: “Are you sure you want to make this table/room vacant?”

• Tap "Make Vacant" to confirm.

Step 5: Verify

• The table/room will now show as Vacant.

• You’ll return to the Table/Room Details screen with the updated status.

Remember: Tables/rooms can only be marked vacant once all orders are completed.
