Step-By-Step-Guide
Step 1: Open Your Order Details
Go to your active order in the Orderlay app. Find the item you want to cancel (e.g., Cold Coffee) and tap the "delete" button.

Step 2: Select Cancellation Reason
Tap the item you want to cancel. Choose a reason from the list, or enter a custom reason if needed.

Step 3: Tap "Send Request" to submit your cancellation.

Step 4: Check Updated Order
The cancelled item will now show as "You have cancelled the item".
