Viewing Customer Ratings

Step 1: Access Review Section

In the Account tab, Scroll down to SUPPORT & FEEDBACK section and Tap on "Review and Rating".

Step 2: Add Google Review Link (Optional)

Tap "Add Google Review Link", enter your restaurant’s Google review URL, and submit to start collecting reviews.

Step 3: View and Manage Reviews

See all customer ratings and feedback in one place. Use filters like Most Relevant or Newest to organize reviews.

See what your customers really think! The Ratings section gives you instant insight into customer satisfaction, helping you understand what's working well and where to improve.
