Most printers allow you to print a configuration page that shows the current IP address.
Restart & Print (Long Press Method)
Turn OFF your printer
Turn ON your printer
While the printer is starting, long press the printer button (usually the feed or power button) for 5-10 seconds
The printer will automatically print a configuration page or network status report
Look for IP Address on this printed page (e.g., 192.168.18.148)
Open the Orderlay app on your device
Go to More (bottom menu)
Tap Restaurant Settings → Printer Settings
Under "Your Printers" section, click on the printer name you have kept (e.g., "Counter," "New Printer," "Kitchen Printer")
You will see the IP Address field showing the current IP saved in the app (e.g., 192.168.18.148)

If both IP addresses match → IP is not the issue, check other settings
If both IP addresses do NOT match → You need to update the printer IP in app
