Accept a Team Invitation (App)

This guide shows you how to accept a team invitation in Orderlay. You'll learn how to find the invitation, join the restaurant team, and begin working in your assigned role.

To accept a team invitation, first download the Orderlay app from App Store or
Play Store and Create a personal account.

If you have any issues inviting a team member, please see Invite a Team
Member to your Restaurants.

Step-By-Step-Guide

Step 1: Check for a Team Invitation

You’ll receive the team invitation in your Orderlay app.
If you don’t see the invitation, pull down to refresh your home screen and click on it.

Step 2: Click "Accept"

Step 3: Switch Accounts

After accepting, you’ll see a confirmation message. You are now part of the team!
Switch from your personal account to the restaurant account to start managing the orders.

Important: After accepting, you’ll have two accounts — one personal, one restaurant. Don’t forget to switch to restaurant side!
