Accept a Team Invitation as a Staff Member

To accept a team invitation, you must first download the Orderlay app and create a personal account.

Step 1: Check for a Notification

You will receive the team invitation directly in your Orderlay app. Look for a notification on your main screen. Tap "Accept" to join the team.

Step 2: Find the Restaurant in Your Account Section

Once you tap "Accept," you will see a confirmation message. You are now officially part of the team!

Things to Remember

• After accepting the invitation, don’t forget to switch from your personal account to the restaurant account.

• The restaurant owner will see your status change from "Pending" to "Active."

• You will now have access to the restaurant's account within the app.

• You can start performing tasks based on your assigned role.
