Accept an Ownership Transfer (New Owner)

The current owner must have already sent a transfer request to your email or phone number to accept an Ownership.

Step-By-Step-Guide

Step 1: Find the Invitation

Open the Orderlay app to find the ownership invitation on your home screen.

If you don't see the invitation immediately, try pulling down to refresh the home screen.

Step 2: Tap "Accept" to become the new owner.

Step 3: Switch to the Restaurant Account

After accepting, go to the Account section where you will see the restaurant account listed; Tap on it to "Switch" from your personal account.

You have successfully transferred the ownership of your restaurant account in Orderlay.

Things to Note:

Once you accept, the old owner will immediately and permanently lose all access to the account.
This action cannot be undone.
You must switch to the restaurant account to manage the restaurant.
