Each new member must download the Orderlay App from App Store or Play Store and
Create a personal account to accept the invitation.
Only users with the Owner or Manager role can invite new team members.
Step-By-Step-Guide
Step 1: Open Your Restaurant Account
Make sure you’re in your restaurant account (not your personal account). Tap "Account" at the bottom right.

Step 2: Go to Team & Ownership
Under TEAM & OWNERSHIP, tap "Members" to start inviting new team members.

Step 3: Add a New Member
You can add a member in two ways:
Option 1: Use the (+) Button

Option 2: From the Members List, select a member (e.g., Manager, Kitchen Staff) and click
"+ Add Member".

Step 4: Enter Member Details
Enter the member’s Name and Email, then tap "Select Role" to assign their role.

Step 5: Send Invitation
Tap Invite Member. The new member must accept the invitation.
