Set Limited Availability for Items

Control when customers can order each item by setting a limited availability schedule.Set start and end times to make items available only during selected periods - helping you manage kitchen workflow and create urgency for special offers.

Step-By-Step-Guide

Step 1: Find Availability Settings

After you add an item’s details and price, scroll to the Item Availability Schedule section. You’ll see two options:

  • Available All Day

  • Limited Availability.

Step 2: Select Limited Availability

  • Turn off the Available All Day toggle, then select Limited Availability to set specific ordering times.

Step 3: Set Start and End Times

  • Tap the start time field to choose when the item becomes available (e.g., 09:00 AM).

  • Tap the end time field to select when it stops being available (e.g., 11:00 AM).

Quick Examples

  • Lunch special - Start: 11:00 AM, End: 3:00 PM

  • Happy hour item - Start: 5:00 PM, End: 7:00 PM
