Possible causes & fixes:
Cables not connected – Check all printer cables and ensure they are secure.
Printer is off – Turn the printer on.
Wi-Fi mismatch – Make sure your printer and device are on the same Wi-Fi network.
IP address changed – Check the printer’s IP. Update it in the Orderlay app if needed.

Make sure the correct toggle button is ON or OFF according to your requirement.
Save settings and try a test print.

Check the printer’s IP and make sure it matches the one in the app.

Update the app if it has changed.
Ensure both printer and device are on the same Wi-Fi.
If you are unsure which Wi-Fi to use, try connecting to any available Wi-Fi.
Restart your Wi-Fi router if needed.
Open the Orderlay web app.
Find the print file from setup and double-click to run it.
Keep it running in the background (do not close).
Test print: After fixing the above, try printing a new order.
Tips:
Orders will not print if the background file is closed, IP is wrong, or Wi-Fi is different.
Restarting devices often solves most issues quickly.
